To determine key concepts and ideas underlying a robust working definition and typology of food systems suitable for GEC research, and outline research necessary to develop these concepts within GECAFS.

Working Group session I – What are the main Food Systems issues to be considered? 

 

Friday 22 October

Viewpoints on food systems – series 10-15 min presentations + 15-20 min discussion each.

 

Working Group session II – What key concepts should be encompassed in a working definition and typology of food systems?

Working Group session III – What research is necessary to develop these concepts?
