  3. Which institutional partners are best equipped to help address the research?

Brief introduction to CGIAR Challenge Program - an opportunity to fund part of the overall GECAFS IGP agenda

2 Working groups each to determine:

  1. What specific outputs would we expect from a 3 yr CP research effort to address this goal? and
  2. What specific activities & methodologies need to be implemented for key outputs?
